Per user manual: For patients with pacemakers or other electrical stimulation devices, please do not place the product near your heart or other electrical stimulation devices due to the magnetic components of the product.

Before First Use

Device needs to be charged for at least three hours. When light is yellow, device is charging. When light is green, Gyenno is fully charged.

Attach the Spoon or Fork

The utensil head connects magnetically to the handle.

Before attaching new head, hold the on/off button for 1 second
Bring the attachment close to the handle; it will snap into place automatically.
Ensure the connection is firm before use.
For noodle‑type foods, attach the fork to enable the twist function.

Hold the Device Correctly

Proper orientation ensures accurate tremor detection and stabilization.

Keep the twist button facing your body.
Hold naturally, as you would a regular utensil.
If you have severe tremor or stiffness, use the hand strap to prevent dropping.

Begin Eating

The device offsets tremor as soon as it detects shaking.

Once tremor is detected, the indicator breathes blue.
Internal motors stabilize the spoon in real time.
Relax your hand—do not try to suppress tremor manually.
